CHOCOLATE COVERED STRAWBERRY BROWNIES
If chocolate-covered strawberries and brownies had a baby, this would be it—and yes, it’s just as amazing as it sounds. These Chocolate-Covered Strawberry Brownies start with a rich, fudgy brownie base that’s perfectly chewy with that signature crackly top we all love. On top, there’s a thick layer of sweet, creamy strawberry ganache that’s bursting with real berry flavor and adds a pop of pretty pink. Each bite is a perfect mix of deep chocolate and bright strawberry—like your favorite Valentine’s Day treat, but in brownie form and good enough to eat year-round.

HOW TO MAKE THIS DESSERT
Step 1: Prepare the Baking Pan
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
Butter an 8x8-inch baking pan and line it with parchment paper, allowing some overhang for easy removal.
Step 2: Make the Brownie Batter
Melt the butter in a saucepan or microwave-safe bowl.
Whisk in the brown sugar until the mixture is smooth and well combined.
Add the eggs one at a time, whisking vigorously after each addition until the batter becomes lighter in color and slightly thickened.
Stir in the vanilla bean paste until fully incorporated.
